*Reservation Deposit required (see below). The William Pearl House is fully booked and currently has no vacancies until Summer 2019. Please see our Availability page for 2019-2021 bookings.

Note that we rent by the school semester but are flexible with move-in and move-out dates (i.e. guests don’t have to move-in on the 1st and move-out on the 31st).We will also consider shorter term rentals during the summer period (June – August).

Reservation Deposit Required

To reserve an apartment, a deposit of $250 is required. The deposit is paid via PayPal and is refundable upon departure, provided the apartment is left in a condition similar to the one in which it was found.
